Upon failure to make full payment after 7 days, SECONDO may, at its discretion, cancel this agreement, forfeit reservation fee made and re-display the item for re-selling.
Form of Payment for balance will be agreed upon by buyer and SECONDO. All items must be PICKED UP at Secondo Glorietta 4, Ayala Center, Makati.
